Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 15 business days from the date payment is received.

Oh-dog! Creative Lab is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen issues with the courier.

We ship throughout Italy, including the islands, via Bartolini.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. In case of errors in the address provided, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
