Returns and Refunds Policy

Oh-dog! Creative Lab does not accept returns on purchased products, as all items are custom-made according to the customer’s preferences.

In case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@oh-dog.it. We will be happy to find a solution, including repair or replacement of the product.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for changes of mind or personal preferences once the order has been confirmed.
